THE WAY FORWARD

We all have dreams and aspire to be somewhere someday. The race, as we've known is not to the swift, nor the battle to the strong, nor favour to men of skill; but time and chance are the major determinants of the victory. Previously, there was a Publication on time an d timing.  Timing, being opportunity that shows up in the space of time; a gift controlled by human, depends solely on how we use our time. The question then is: how well can this time be used so that when the opportunity shows up, there won't be any excuse? It's quite simple: Use your time to build your skills and network, make connections with people who are different, and think about the values important to you. Your skill is what will make a way for you. Develop them. Anything that come so easy for you is a skill. Someone once said: "I'm so good at selling, and convincing people to buy my product". It's a skill! No skill is absurd. Spend your time building your skills. Get in...

BELIEVE!

Usually, we do not receive compliments or commendations which sometimes tend to bring doubts about whether truly we have what we claim to possess. A Bible character, David, at a time was doubted of his claims, when he chose to stand up to a threat he knew was void. "Little David against the mighty Goliath?" the people murmured. David knew deep within laid something much greater than they could imagine. He had confronted and conquered a lion and a bear! At the bottom line, he conquered Goliath, whom nobody thought he would. Who would have believed little David could bring down mighty Goliath? Though others may not, believe in your strength, your potentials, your talents, your gifts, your dreams and goals. The process of time will reveal your impact, and bring you to limelight. The fact that you didn't meet up to the expectations of one person owing to constraints beyond you, doesn't mean you've lost all you've known you had, and your claims were fal...

VISION

A facilitator at a seminar once spoke. He talked about vision: vision is not what you can see being possible in the nearest time frame. It goes far beyond the horizon; something that on first hearing makes the next person act like ' what?! '. Apple Inc. has a vision to put a PC in every home. It sure seemed impossible back then, but it is becoming a reality. Sometimes we are scared to have a vision; we keep asking ourselves if it will be possible, and the funny thing is that we still answer the question ourselves saying it can't. One's vision has nothing to do with what the next person sees or feels; it has to do with what one can see and feel. Vision sets the path to a possibility. When you aim for the galaxy, you will reach the stars.

The Tough

When the going gets tough, the tough gets going. Ayodele Daniel Dada is an example of 'the tough'. He had a direction, a passion, a vision. Though he couldn't see the light at the end of the dark tunnel, he knew it wasn't endless; he set his face like a flint. His direction built a magnitude, a momentum, and against the fog of setbacks and discouragement, he emerged victorious. Today, Ayodele Daniel is celebrated. How you want your triumph story to be written depends on how you write it yourself first. Read more about our hero  here
