A seed planted is capable of making a tree with fruits, and the fruits making other trees, and the fruits of the other trees making more trees with fruits, and with time a forest. In every single human being is embedded more than enough potential to solves any need that may arise. Just like the seed that produced a forest, because it had the potential to, so it is for everyone. There's nothing you want to be you can't be. You are not limited in any way. Look deep within, a solution lies in your numerous potentials.
TIME SHIFT Time shift like the name implies is an alteration in the equality of events over a specified time frame. A scenario: two students starting the first year in the same school at the same time. They passed through the same lecture, class work, test and exam. It is expected of them that by the end of 12 years in the school, they both graduate, but they didn't. Something happened, time shift. While the first student was busy using spare time to acquire knowledge and prepare for exams over the years, the other student was more engaged in worthless activities; he had an extra year to round up for the next level. There was a time shift. Normally, they were meant to be at the same level, but it now seem as if the former started before the later. Time shift does not always have a negative effect. Sometimes it happens due to inconsistencies, or misconduct, and may not be bad. Whichever way, do not let time shift be against you. Reference: Mr. Johnson Abbaly

TIME AND TIMING

TIME AND TIMING Time is a special gift from God, given equally to every human being that ever lived, are living, and will live. 24 hours to everybody, and the good thing is that it is within our control. Timing is opportunity that shows up in the space of time. This definitely is not within our control. It just shows up. So many people complain of not having what they want, and they give excuses of not having opportunity, maybe wealth and influence too. The truth is: the race is not to the swift, nor the battle to the strong, neither yet bread to the wise, nor riches to men of understanding, nor yet favour to men of skill; but time and chance happens to them all- the swift, strong, weak, poor,.... Imagine a scenario: Mr. A understands that there are only 24 hours in a day, and therefore spends quality hours learning about stock which he knew nothing about. In the next six months, he has already known every useful thing on stock and can even render useful advice. He then shows ...
Discipline is next after the vision has been fixed. This is so, because there can't be discipline when there is no vision. An athlete knows what he wants and he sees himself where others don't or probably can't. With this vision he wakes daily, sets on the street early in the morning, and keeps building his body to keep fit and get ready to break some records. No one has to wake him up before he wakes up to perform his daily warm up. He watches his diet, the time he goes to bed, the things he engages in. He is disciplined. Discipline will only be taken serious, when there is a vision, a goal that spans over a limited time. Embrace discipline to run with that vision. Drop questions and comments in the comment box
HELEN KELLER As a name that is known worldwide, Helen Keller is a symbol of courage and hope.  Yet, she is much more than a name or a symbol.  She was a woman of astounding intelligence, unwavering determination, unbelievable courage and insurmountable achievement.  She dedicated her entire life to the betterment of others, helping people see the potential in their own lives, as well as the lives of people around them. She became the first blind-deaf person to effectively communicate with the sighted and hearing world.  In so doing, she became an international celebrity from the age of eight, even before the era of mass communications. She published fourteen books and numerous articles. She visited thirty-nine countries in five continents making impact. She didn't have her sight, but she had vision. Adjust your vision, and make impact. Drop comments and questions in the comment box.
The worst tragedy that can ever happen to a person is being without a vision. Being without sight is doesn't implies being without vision. Fanny J Crosby, who suffered blindness from infancy as a result of a doctor's negligence realised this. Her heart saw for her, and she made maximum impact, she composed over 9,000 hymns without sight, but with vision. It is vision that gets you where you need to be. Vision sets your propeller to move at maximum speed. For so many people, they just maze around life with nothing they intend to achieve, be, or even do- an OS set to mediocrity. A person with vision sees beyond the present; a person with vision won't just accept anything or any situation that presents itself, but rather make use of the situation present. Ask yourself: what is it you want? Where do you want to be in the next five years, probably ten? Who do you want to be in the nearest future? These questions will help set your vision statement, then write it down, in...
We are  a function of our operating system. Everyone is endowed equally with potentials, but it's our human conscious choice to choose what level to operate on: mediocrity, limitations, possibilities, indecision, optimism, pessimism,... You are to decide.
Get tough, and get going
The Tough The story is told of a biblical character, a man who left everything to pursue his dream, his calling. He always knew what he wanted, and he kept pursuing it diligently. He had a mentor he looked up to, and at many times he was compelled to give up on his dream. At other times, he was discouraged by people who could have encouraged him. He persisted, and he ended up with a double portion; what he really desired. He was Elisha. So many give up at the verge of breakthrough, probably as a result of inadequate resources to achieve a goal, or even recounts of failure in attempts to achieving a goal. Persistence will do the magic. When the going gets tough, the tough gets going.
In the process of achieving a goal, regular personal assessment is necessary: check for loops, vaults and excesses that hindered, or may hinder achieving a goal, and balance them up. Daily and weekly assessments for short-term goals, and, mothly and quarterly assessments for long-term goals. Nothing works better like personal assessment.
We are surrounded by opportunities. We just have to open our minds to them.

BE A PERSON OF INTEGRITY

BE A PERSON OF INTEGRITY Integrity is living a life that is consistent with one's values.
BUILD YOUR ASSOCIATION A nestling that hatches in the nest of a hen will live like other chicks. It will pick food from the ground, it will walk long distances, when it would have flown. It will not know how useful its weight is, nor its wings for flight. It will not know what great potential lie within it. Just like the nestling in the hen's nest, your association determines how limited you will be, even with your potentials. Let your association of like-minded folks be your influencing factor, if you must be a success at your best. Your virtual association is also important. Make. your models people that match with your values.

KNOW YOUR VALUES

KNOW YOUR VALUES A man's value is what defines the man. Ask yourself these questions: What are the qualities i admire in people i make my role model? What are the virtues i love seeing in people, and love displaying? What are the things that energizes me? What are the things i hold so dare, that i won't want to compromise for anything? Once you can answer these questions, they are your values. For some people, honesty is one of their values. Leadership too is valued by others. Write down these values in adjacent to your goals. Know your values, they define you.

Set SMART goals

Use the energy that results from the positive mindset to set SMART goals.
