There came a time in the history of the Israelites when a young lad had to face mighty Goliath.  Nobody would dare to face him. All were intimidated by his stature, the weapons in his armoury, his voice, his speech. They forgot they had something more.  David Didn't look at the spear and sword he didn't have. He didn't count on the stature he didn't have. He counted on the God and skill he had. Bringing it to the circular, Fanny Crosby didn't count on the sight she hadn't, but the vision she had, and in blindness composed numerous hymns. Steve Jobs founded Apple Inc. when he hadn't even the smallest office space or workshop. He didn't count on that, but the greater good he'd do if Apple Inc. came to existence. Today Apple is a household name in the IT world. You've got all you need to be the best you can be. It all inside! Don't look at the challenging circumstance around, or the existing trend. AWAKENING

At the beginning of the year, many started with SMART goals. Obviously, there was a field of enthusiasm, and many ran so well with a vision. Along the line, time seemed more precious than to be wasted achieving what was thought to be a hopeless feat. The enthusiasm gradually faded away. The daily goals had no more checks in their boxes, and soon it crept into the weekly and monthly goals. How far have you gone? How much of the energy you started with do you still feel? Is there still excitement on hearing the subject: 'GOAL'? Do you think something must be done, or you're just going to wait for another year to get a new inspiration? A swimmer has two choices to pick from in the water: to swim to safety; defying the waves direction, or to let the wave take him, which may not be favourable all the time.
