Thoughts speak, but silently. When one thinks aloud or write one's thoughts, the loudest voice is heard.
One evening, after a gloomy day, with thoughts: thoughts of inconsistency with set goals and strategies, plus some other things, that all together left me in a down state. I hadn't anybody to share with, what i was going through at that time. If i had, i would somehow have found some answers. I knew what i needed was motivation, and since i couldn't get it from anyone, i opened an ebook, and started reading. It helped, but not as expected until i took my pen. I started writing all that was bothering me, and it flowed out. Then i asked myself why what was bothering me, was bothering me. Still in thoughts, i wrote them all out. I read through what i had written, and it was like someone was talking to me. It had left my mind, and gone to paper which i reviewed. I had found a solution. I knew what next to do.
Silence sometimes has the loudest voice. Thoughts are silent, but when written speaks the loudest.
