Start with a positive thought

Something fascinating that we've read countless times in the Scripture, but not taken to thought:

Jeremiah 29:11- "For i know the thoughts i think towards you, saith the Lord, thoughts of peace and not evil, to give you an expected end"

Two things: thoughts and expected end.
The fact that God thinks peace for you, does not mean He'll do it for you without your part played by you!

I think a pair of shoes should be sold for a thousand naira. I might be talking about a pair of shoes being sold for a thousand naira, and even acting out like it really should, but that doesn't mean it will be sold for a thousand naira. It will, if the manufacturer, wholesaler and retailer think the same way, then everything everything that needs to be done will be done to beat the price from whatever it is to a thousand naira.

Man thought he needed an alternative redemption, and God was thinking of that too, and God gave His son.

God thinks you deserve success and the very best, but do you think the same? If yes, perfect! Thoughts are powerful things when mixed with definiteness of purpose, persistence a burning desire, and backed by action.

Do you underestimate your potential? Are you belittling your capability, and you've refused to think and make a move? Take up the challenge: set the goal, whatever it is, and work towards it. As long as you have God thinking peace towards you- which most definitely is infinite- you are sure to have an expected end.

The ant teaches wisdom, which is learned by observation—lesson from the ants. #1- Activity with foresight

Building Capacity

The teen and youth ages are transitory periods. The adulthood is dependent on them and the childhood look forward to them. Major changes occur that shapes one during this period. Decisions and choices during this period are key too. The parable of the talents illustrates a scenario of three servants- their ages not told. They were given talents which can be likened to an investment. The spotlight is on the fact that they were given according to their "ability" and not "piety." A mentor once said they were given to capacity. If piety were a consideration, the servant who ended up with one talent should have had the most: he was pious; he feared his master the most  and wouldn't want to offend him in any way; but he hadn't capacity worth investing more than one talent. The above is an evidence that proves the fact that nobody is willing to invest much in anybody without capacity, enough to contain. The amount of content is dependent on the capacity of ...
