Sometimes in life, you don't win, and sometimes you win. The times you don't win, someone else wins, but it doesn't mean you lost-you just
didn't win. Your trophy was not on that stage, but it was expedient you passed through that stage.
You got in the race, knowing quite well within that you had all it could require of you, but then, all you had wasn't for that race, so you didn't win. You didn't loose either: you just got a step closer to what feat was yours to win; a step closer to your perfect prize.
It's just our mentality of what "win" is to us sometimes: we must have what we feel we should have, and to us, that's final. Rather we should see our not winning not as failure, but a development of our persistence and resilience
Knowing this, no one is worth your rage, displeasure and contempt when you don't win. Celebrate the winner at that time; look for your flaws; develop your resilience, and forge ahead till you get to your own stage.
